You guarantee to us that your delivery address provided in this Site is true and accurate; therefore you hereby release us from any claims or suits of any party.

 

We are not responsible for any errors and/or failure caused by any delivery address that is not true and accurate, and therefore it might fail to reach your destination on time. Re-delivery will be carried out after we get re-confirmation by email or telephone for your delivery address.

 

We will inform the delivery cost based on the distance and weight of the product by the courier delivery services, which is currently JNE and DHL. We will try our best to deliver the entire order at the latest within 2 (two) - 5 (five) business days for domestic shipment and 7 (seven) to 12 (twelve) business days for International shipment.
